Are you interested in the specialties of Hungarian cuisine? During BESS you will have the chance to make acquaintance with the traditional Hungarian dishes that are rather piquant in flavor and aromatic. Meals will be served for all participants three times a day. Traditional dishes of the Hungarian cuisine will be combined and mixed with typical continental cuisine.
The organizing team will pay a special attention this year to arrange the meals in the light of Blue Economy concept. It means, that the required ingredients (fruits, vegetables...etc.) will be supplied by local farmers from the region .
